Our Return Policy

We want you to love every pair. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with tags attached
  • Free of odours, stains, pet hair, or damage

Final sale items: Products marked as sale, clearance, or custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation number and instructions.
  3. Pack items securely and ship them back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original packaging.

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
  2. We'll confirm availability and send exchange instructions.
  3. Ship your original item back. Once received, we'll dispatch the replacement.

If your preferred replacement is out of stock, we'll offer you a store credit or full refund — your choice.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if something arrived wrong. If you received a defective item or something different from what you ordered, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping needed.

Returns from Retail Partners

If you purchased Lei Lei Socks from a third-party retailer (a store, boutique, or marketplace), please contact that retailer directly regarding returns and exchanges. Their policies apply. We are only able to process returns for orders placed through leileisocks.com.

Gift Returns

Received a pair as a gift that isn't the right fit? We can issue a store credit for the item's value. Please contact us with the order number from the packing slip and we'll take care of it discreetly — no spoilers for the gift-giver.
