Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use leileisocks.co or buy from Lei Lei Socks ("we", "us", "our"), based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we received it. Your order is accepted when we ship it.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
  • Please check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless you choose another currency on the site. Prices in other currencies are converted for convenience, and you may be charged in Canadian dollars by your card issuer at their own exchange rate.
  • Applicable taxes (such as GST and PST) and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are handled securely by Stripe, PayPal or Square. We never store your full card details.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Discount Codes

Discount codes, including our welcome offer, are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. We may end or change a promotion at any time.

Shipping

We ship across Canada and to the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Info page for details.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy.

Products

We try to show our socks as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and since many designs are knitted, small variations in pattern placement are normal. Sizes are a guide; please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, including the email, phone or Google or Facebook account you use to sign in. Please let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Our Designs and Content

All sock designs, artwork, photos, text and logos on this site belong to Lei Lei Socks or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Using the Site

Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to access it in unauthorised ways, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided "as is", and Lei Lei Socks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
