Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are typically processed the same day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our Vancouver warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (holidays, major sale events). Remote and rural addresses in Canada may require 1–2 additional transit days.

US orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Lei Lei Socks has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During high-volume periods — Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine's Day — processing times may extend by 1–3 business days. To guarantee delivery before the holidays, we recommend placing your order at least 10 business days before your target date for standard shipping, or 5 business days for express.

We'll announce specific holiday cutoff dates on our website and social channels as they approach.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Click it at any time to see your package's real-time location. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Confirm the email address used at checkout
  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away at [email protected]. Include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the damaged packaging.

Lei Lei Socks is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs holds, or weather events — but we'll always advocate on your behalf and find a solution.

Address Changes

Need to update a shipping address after ordering? Contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make the change. Once shipped, address modifications must be handled directly with the carrier.
