Browse our shop, choose your design and size, and click Add to Cart. When ready, head to checkout and follow the steps. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely — we never store your card details.
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
All applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges — what you see is what you pay.

Free standard shipping is available on all Canadian orders over $50 CAD. Orders below that threshold have a flat rate applied at checkout.
Product Quality Guarantee
Every pair we sell is backed by our All Good Guarantee. If your socks develop a manufacturing defect — a seam failure, print flaw, or fabric issue — within 60 days of purchase, we'll replace them free of charge. We stand behind everything we make.
80% combed cotton · 17% polyamide · 3% elastane. Combed cotton removes short fibres for a smoother, softer feel. Polyamide adds durability. Elastane keeps its shape wash after wash.
Yes. We use low-impact, OEKO-TEX certified dyes — free from harmful chemicals, safe for all skin types, and vibrant enough to last hundreds of washes without significant fading.

Sizing & Fit
We offer two sizes: Medium (EU 36–41) and Large (EU 40–45). Our elastane blend means both sizes fit a wide range of feet securely and comfortably. Visit our Size Guide for a full breakdown.
Not if cared for properly. Wash cold (30°C), tumble dry on low, and avoid high heat. Our blend is engineered to retain its shape and size through regular washing.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Click it to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
If your package hasn't moved in 5+ business days or is significantly past the expected date, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Sale items and custom orders are final sale. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 days for your bank to post the credit.
We're sorry! Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on our end.

Gift Cards
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100 CAD. They're delivered by email and never expire. Perfect when you want to give someone the joy of choosing their own pair.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance remains on the card for future purchases.
